Dispatch timelines
Dispatch timelines depend on product availability, payment verification, order review, and any custom tailoring support requested by the client. Estimated timelines are shared as guidance and may change during busy periods.
Delivery details
Clients must provide complete and accurate delivery details, including phone number, address, landmark, city, state, and pin code. Butterfly Collection is not responsible for delay or failed delivery caused by incorrect information.
Shipping partners
Orders may be shipped through third party logistics partners. Tracking information is shared when available after dispatch.
Delivery attempts
If a delivery partner cannot complete delivery due to client unavailability or incorrect address details, additional charges or delays may apply before the order can be resent.
Risk after delivery
Once an order is marked delivered by the shipping partner, the client should inspect the parcel promptly and report any visible concern within twenty four hours.
