Before payment
An unpaid cart or enquiry can be changed or abandoned at any time.
After payment
Orders cannot be cancelled after payment is verified unless Butterfly Collection confirms an operational issue, stock issue, or duplicate payment concern.
Custom tailoring
Orders involving measurements, alterations, or custom tailoring support cannot be cancelled once the fit process, sourcing, preparation, or dispatch work has started.
Duplicate payment
If you believe a duplicate payment was made, contact us with payment references and order details. Verified duplicate payments are reviewed through the payment gateway process.
Butterfly Collection initiated cancellation
Butterfly Collection may cancel an order if payment is not verified, product availability changes, fraud risk is detected, delivery information is incomplete, or a custom request cannot be fulfilled.
